Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund or replacement.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened. A restocking fee of 25% may apply. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
